Jay, went to court today with all my ducks (documents) in a row thanks to you.  Lawyer didn't even show!  The judge starting thumbing through my documents and asked who my lawyer was.  I told her I was representing myself and she looked almost annoyed and surprised!  She asked who drafted these pleadings and I told her "I did, Your Honor" and she told me she was very impressed and she was dismissing the case.  She said I should go to law school!  It was great and SO NOT what I was expecting.  The courtroom was tiny too... I think I was expecting a Law&Order set-up, you know?  Anyways, can't thank you enough.  You should charge more for this!  - Randy, Washington

CASE DISMISSED!  Filed your Answer, filed your Request for Production of Documents, answered their Request for Admissions with your document and LVNV couldn't deal with it.  They had NOTHING to prove their case. 

Your package truly was the real deal.  Easy to understand and the fill-in-the-blank format was exactly what I needed.  I just saved myself $6,000 and I want to thank you for having the guts to do this and put this out there.  Best of luck with your blog and everything else. - Harold, New York

Dear Jay,
Great news!!!! My case was dismissed by the judge at trial today! The plaintiff's Atty did not have any evidence whatsoever. When he saw that I was there to fight my case he began to plead with the judge and say that he knows the judge will dismiss the case because he did not have enough evidence and the judge said I sure will. So the judge dismissed the case in favor of the defendant which is me.

I'm sure my grounds of defense caught him off guard. I also used the discovery document and requested everything possible. I came at him hard. All with your help.

"Hi there.  I just had to let you know that I am so grateful that I stumbled upon your site.  I've been researching until I felt like my eyes were bleeding and I'm so tired of reading conflicting information and finding dead links on message boards.

Just wanted to send you a quick comment.  I used your Answer template to fight Frederick J. Hanna who have been hounding me to the point where I've actually gotten sick.  I sent them your C&D letter along with filing all the document w/ the court and I couldn't believe it!  The phone stopped ringing and I got relief from these horrible people.  I didn't hear anything for awhile so I called the courthouse today and the clerk told me my case has been withdrawn and removed from the docket!  I couldn't be more thrilled...thank you!  -Rebecca, Florida

Hi Jay, thanks for your reply.  Well, I went to court and the attorney for Asset did show up (darn!).  But, I came forward with your Production of Documents request and the attorney did not have one shred of evidence with him, not an affadavit or anything!!  I got the feeling like I was the only "human" to show up that day and fight as there were a bunch of default judgements handed down before I got my turn. 

 The judge was very polite and didn't expect me to behave like a lawyer, he just talked to me.  He reviewed my defenses and ta da........dismissed the case against me!!  I am beyond thrilled.  You saved me THOUSANDS of DOLLARS.  I cannot thank you enough. - Bradley, Michigan
